Back-lit channel letters can be produced based on stainless steel or aluminium material.
For aluminium options electrostatical powder coating is being applied any RAL code that you required.
Letters can be fixed by high mounting screws.
Back-lit channel letters illuminate by high quality LED modules for the best advertising solution.
Acrylic based back-lit channel letters can be produced based on stainless steel or aluminium material.
We use 5 - 20 mm acrylic as a cover for the back side of the letter. The LED lights get diffused by help of acrylic based back cover and offers homogeneous light distrubition without any dot reflecting effect.
In the mean time the light is distributing from the edges of the acrylic with smooth looking.

Any size of trim is being applied on the front face of the letter according to your request.
Front-lit channel letters can be produced based on stainless steel or aluminium material.
Side band height can be between 60 and 100 mm for stainless steel material. For aluminium material, side band height can be between 60 and 160 mm.
Electrostatical powder coating with any required RAL code can be applied for the aluminium material.
LEDs will be mounted on 8 - 20 mm pvc foam and pvc foam is used as a back cover of letter.
Front face of the letter is selected from various RAL codes among the acrylic color chart.
Side bands and the back cover of the letters are manufactured by powder coated aluminium material.
The back cover and side bands get clinched with clinhing machine or get welded.
Clinched or welded back cover and side bands get painted in any RAL color (There are several elkamet colors). Elkamet is bordering front face of the letter and fixed with screws from the sides of the elkamet.

Profile 6 eco is an alternative for profile 6 channel letters which are made based on acrylic front face and aluminium side bands. Front face acrylic can be selected from any RAL code.

Alüminyum kutu harfler istenilen ölçüye göre otomatik kutu harf bending makinelerimiz ile bükümü sağlandıktan sonra arka yüzeyleri cnc lazer makinesi ile kesilir.
Bending makinesinden çıkan yan bantlar, kaynağı ortadan kaldıran alüminyum clincher makinesi kullanılarak arka yüzeye sabitlenir. Dünyanın en iyi yapıştırıcıları kullanılarak kutu harflerde sızdırmazlık sağlanır. Kutu harflerin ydınlatması dünyanın en iyi LED'lerini üreten Nichia firması ile ortak çalışma yapılarak üretilen TMT LED Modüller ile sağlanır.
